Brida is an Irish girl who leads an ordinary life but is confused about her destiny and relationships. Her wish is to gain a broad knowledge of life and this universe. Brida hears about a magician called Magus, who is also a wizard. She eventually meets him, and Magus takes Brida into the forest. Magus follows the tradition of the Sun, and he teaches her the magic of the night. Still, she can’t become content, as she wants to learn more.
Brida manages to obtain the address of Wicca, the witch, from a bookshop. She meets Wicca, and Wicca teaches Brida about soulmates and time travel. Wicca follows the tradition of the moon, followed by several witches from the past. The tradition of the moon involves several practices that enable one to watch mysterious phenomena.
Brida likes Wicca and the rituals that she instructs her. Wicca teaches her how to read the Tarot cards and observe the mysterious stories each card reveals. After practising for several days, Brida gets into the enchanting world of tarot. Brida learns about soulmates and time travel to the core. She learns that one’s soul has been scattered, and he/she could have multiple soulmates. Wicca teaches her how to recognize her soulmate by identifying the light in his eyes and on his shoulders.
Brida ultimately finds the light in her boyfriend’s eyes. But, Brida struggles in choosing her soulmate, as she is also in love with another special man. She is confused about whom she desires to share the rest of her life. Brida is all set to graduate from the tradition of the Moon, and Wicca organises a final party, where both of Brida’s soulmates are present. The story goes through several miraculous adventures, and Brida chooses her soulmate in the end.
